Srixon UR-X Golf Balls

Srixon UR-X Golf BallsThe Srixon UR-X provides distance for a soft feel on the links. Its tri-layer construction has several advantages over other balls.

This ball has the most rubber in its construction than any other tour ball. It has the largest core available, and consequently the thinnest cover. Rubber gives the Srixon UR-X the resiliency and distance off a driver shot of the Precept U-Tri or the Titleist Pro V1. The core of the ball uses an E.G.G. design which becomes progressively softer in toward the center. Both the proprietary E.G.G. designed core and the mantle layer help to reduce spin from long shots while maintaining control in short games and on the green. Coated by a soft thermoplastic urethane cover, the only downside to this ball is that it is not as durable as other distance balls. For a more durable urethane cover, another choice would be one covered with thermoset urethane such as the Maxfli Black Max.

This ball is ideal for experienced golfers with fast swings over 90 miles per hour who want to concentrate on their distance game. Launch, speed, and distance from driver shots rank with other top performing distance balls with a slight sacrifice in coating durability after iron and wedge shots

Srixon Z-URS Golf Balls

Srixon Z-URS Golf Balls

The Srixon Z-URS is a softer ball than the similarly made Z-URC. A softer feel in this ball makes this a better choice for those whose swing is greater than 80 miles per hour.
